About the roles Your main duties, depending on the role and seniority level, may include, but are not limited to the following: Performing and supporting all activities related to employee life cycle management processes, such as: recruitment, administration, on-boarding management, terminations, personal data changes, internal transfers, salary analyses, annual merit reviews, internal control system management and more. Building strong remote relationships with various stakeholders Supporting effective and seamless delivery of end-to-end HR processes Delivering excellent client service and contributing to HR projects as defined by the HR Community About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Fluency in English B2 level or higher in other European languages would be an asset (German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Serbian) Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization Can-do attitude, process improvement mindset to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered Experience on different levels in HR areas, supporting EMEA markets or passion for starting a career in HR (Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle, Learning and Development, Talent and Culture)
