Vocational Licence & Feedback Team

Responsibilities

• Handle feedback related to vocational licensing matters via calls and emails
• Communicate with members of the public and provide clear written responses
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases
• Follow established guidelines for feedback handling
• Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)
• Support administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
• Preferred Traits
• Strong communication skills in English(spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable handling public enquiries and feedback
• Reliable with good attendance record
