- Exceptional written, verbal and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create visual or written presentations as well as create overall communication plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies and/or ERP and CRM implementations

Stoneridge Software is looking for an experienced Project Management Team Manager who will be responsible for managing individual team members across a range of technical competencies. This is a hybrid player - coach role that also entails direct Project Management responsibilities on an ongoing basis. In addition to having solid project management experience, we are looking for a proven people manager who will lead a team of direct reports to deliver outstanding services across Stoneridge Software. This role will work under the direction of the Director of Project Management to interact closely with a broad and diverse set of internal stakeholders to foster a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team, providing leadership and direction where necessary. This individual will need to collaborate heavily with other team managers in the PMO, as well as leaders from our consulting and development teams on methodology topics and is expected to be a champion of project management excellence within the organization.
