- Monthly Part-Time Salary
- $4,166.67 to $5,416.67 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position at the half-time rate . Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Professional Position Details: Summary of Duties: This position presides over full adjudicative hearings in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and university requirements while maintaining a fair, equitable, student-centered, and educational approach. Full adjudicate hearings are most commonly used to resolve reports of gender based violence, hazing, harm to others, and repeated substance use concerns. Responsibilities include managing all hearing processes from start to finish including but not limited to communicating directly with attorneys, pre-hearing and hearing processes, issuing required notices and decisions, ruling on procedural and evidentiary matters, and evaluating testimony and evidence. The role produces well-reasoned written decisions and assigns appropriate sanctions-up to and including permanent dismissal-balancing accountability, student learning, and community safety. The position also ensures accurate recordkeeping, supports continuous improvement of hearing practices, contributes to training and policy development, and participates in university service with a high degree of independence and professionalism. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to area of specialization and three (3) years of experience directly related to the specialty area. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
