Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and receipts accurately and promptly.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, invoices, and outstanding payments.
• Handle day-to-day administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly accounting reports.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on administrative and accounting matters.
• Support payroll preparation, staff claims, and leave records.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and general office matters.
• Assist management with ad-hoc duties as assigned
