Job Description: The Manager, Strategic Alliances, is responsible for developing and executing effective partner initiatives to expand Epiq's business with key strategic partners including Legora , Harvey, Relativity and other leading Legal AI software firms . The role includes developing a management system to drive operational excellence as we expand our partnering activities . Contribute to an exciting and rapidly growing business by developing, tracking, and executing effective workflows with stakeholders across the business to deliver value from each partner relationship. Essential Job Responsibilities End-to-end ownership and support of partner program initiatives , including developing QBR (Quarterly Business Review) content and tracking initiatives and performance through regularly scheduled status calls. Analyze trends and recommend opportunities for improvement and growth. Report on other business KPIs from both Epiq and the partner program POV to demonstrate revenue contribution to the business. Actively seek ways to improve business reporting processes and interactions. Improve engagement interactions by streamlining and templatizing processes. Manage partner co-selling initiatives : Track opportunities, pipeline , bookings, marketing activities, and development activities to provide measurable KPIs around the success of assigned relationships. Conduct regular review calls to track progress and identify any inhibitors. Work closely with the sales team to manage and support workflows related to statements of work, proof of project execution, and partner incentives programs payments. Provide first line of support for partner portal submissions and operations issues; Troubleshoot challenges and act as an escalation point to lead internal teams to a resolution. Partner with the alliance lead and marketing to publish partner solution offers in partner marketplaces and joint sales tools; manage the lifecycle of solution offers - ensuring currency and accuracy.
