- Strong strategic thinking, business analysis, and operational management capabilities.
- Familiarity with corporate operations, investment analysis, and project management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with the Group Headquarters in China and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in large corporations, consulting firms, multinational companies, or international business environments will be an advantage.
