To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled. Such experience must have demonstrated: Experience in the principles, practices and procedures of food service to perform and direct the specialized activities of the food program regular, medical and religious diets. Experience in procurement regulations and budget management. Experience in planning culinary activities to meet meal schedules. Experience in supervising and training other personnel in preparing and serving food. Experience in supervising food preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met. Experience establishing standards of sanitation, developing menus and evaluating food quality. Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience. This experience must have equipped you with the qualifications to perform the major duties of this position as described above. Credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience.
