This role involves traveling to meet with agents and attending in-person or virtual meetings. Follow up with agents to ensure agent appointments are completed and confirmed. Invite agents to attend products and sales techniques webinars and follow up with attendees. Assist in lead development, recruiting ideas, and advertising. Convey a friendly, positive attitude while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Demonstrate accuracy and identify ways to improve and promote quality. Follow policies and procedures and complete tasks correctly and on time to support the organization's goals and values.
