Senior Digital Product Designer

About the role

You will help shape seamless interaction experiences across digital and physical touchpoints in the automotive space. In this role, you work in a multidisciplinary design environment where digital interaction is developed together with interior, exterior, and brand perspectives to create a coherent experience across the full vehicle ecosystem. You move across the full design process, from early concepts and user needs to interaction flows, prototypes, and production-ready design. You turn user insights, product requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive solutions that feel simple, useful, and well crafted. This is a strong opportunity to influence end-to-end in-car experiences where design quality, motion, and usability all play a central role. Job DescriptionYou drive product design work across digital experiences, with a clear view of the full in-car journey. You explore user needs and concepts, then shape them into interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. You translate complex functional requests into user-friendly experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You lead design discussions within the team and engage stakeholders to move ideas forward. You collaborate closely with designers, developers, researchers, engineers, strategists, and product managers throughout the design process. You help secure a holistic, consistent, and high-quality experience across touchpoints. You define implementation-ready specifications and communicate your work clearly to both team members and stakeholders. RequirementsYou have experience designing digital products and crafting intuitive user interfaces. You create visually appealing interfaces with strong attention to aesthetics and usability. You have good knowledge of creating detailed UI animations. You have experience working with design systems and producing specifications for implementation. You have experience creating interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs. You have experience conducting user research and testing. You have experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, research, strategy, and product. You are comfortable working autonomously, driving discussions, and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. You communicate fluently in English, spoken and written.
