- Drive brand advocacy within the seller community through customer case studies, industry events, and community management to boost Payoneer's advocacy and referral rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Vertical BUs, and RevOps team to ensure full synchronization of campaign goals, messaging, and timelines.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including milestone tracking, deadline management, and resource coordination.
- Performance Analysis & ROI Optimization
- Establish clear marketing objectives and KPIs; conduct regular, in-depth performance analysis to refine strategies using a data-driven approach.

Requirements
- Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years specifically in B2B marketing, preferably within the cross-border e-commerce, FinTech, or global payments sectors.

- Proven Growth Marketer: Strong background in growth marketing and validated project management skills, with the ability to own and execute multi-channel strategies.
