Accountant (Contract till Jan 2027) #HMS

Responsibilities

• Participate in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including validating charging computations and resolving discrepancies.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse financial and operational data to support service costing and pricing exercises.
• Evaluate the financial feasibility of capital expenditure proposals and projects.
• Perform financial analysis on revenue and cost centres, providing insights, verification, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue and subvention reporting.
• Conduct workload trend analysis and case mix analysis to support business and operational planning.
• Maintain and update financial system setups to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Review and approve capital expenditure requisitions in accordance with internal policies.
• Handle financial and operational queries from internal departments and external stakeholders, including NHG and MOH.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and other duties assigned by management.
