As a Analyst, Sales Operations for the EMEA region, you are responsible for supporting the Sales teams through accurate reporting, orderbook follow-up, and coordination of key sales processes to help achieve sales targets and business objectives for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling. You will be joining our Sales Operations organization. An international, diverse and young team supporting commercial teams across EMEA. This role is based in Antwerp, Belgium. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by: Supporting the preparation and follow-up of monthly sales forecasts, helping to track performance against targets Monitoring the orderbook (including aged orders) and assisting with actions such as cancellations and pull-forwards to support monthly results Preparing regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to help the team understand performance and identify opportunities Working closely with Channel Sales teams, supporting them in improving orderbook conversion and follow-up Maintaining customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency Assisting with the set-up and updates of sales order entry tools Handling day-to-day sales requests and questions, ensuring timely and clear responses Supporting process improvements and ensuring good coordination with other functions Helping to train and guide Sales teams on tools and processes Skills for Success We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working with data and different stakeholders. You will bring: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data, Statistics, Maths or a related field is a plus, but we are equally interested in your experience and motivation Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required A strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and reports A structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive mindset An interest in sales operations and business processes, with willingness to learn and improve Basic experience or exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales support activities Good knowledge of Excel; Nice to have knowledge of SAP or Power BI A proactive attitude, taking ownership of tasks and following up when needed Ability to work in an international environment and interact with different teams
