We're hiring an Operations Associate to drive progress against our vertical launches. This is a cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving logistical puzzles, and is excited to support a mission-driven team. You'll work closely with our clinical, client success, and leadership teams to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Research new verticals, market size and competitive landscape to enable successful market entry and prioritization
- Set up and monitor key internal systems to ensure that the organization is prepared to launch and expand new verticals
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders across product, clinical operations, and growth to ensure readiness for new vertical launch
- Document repeatable processes and propose improvements as we grow
- Help build internal dashboards and trackers to monitor progress
- Support special projects (e.g. expanding insurance contracts, onboarding new providers)
- Pitch in wherever needed-this is a startup and we all roll up our sleeves
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or early stage startup operations
- Organized and proactive-you anticipate needs before they arise
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets, tools like Airtable or Notion, and willing to learn new tech quickly
- A clear and professional communicator (email, Zoom, Slack)
- Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in a self-starting, small team environment
- 5 days a week in San Francisco
