Responsibilities
- To oversee and complete the delivery, collection and presentation of the hospitality service and offer within the Hospitality department - ensuring time constraints and quality are met to the highest of standards for our clients.
- Ensure clients are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded, providing an excellent client service.
- To co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the Hospitality department as required.
- Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, procedures, and protocols are adhered to.
- Ensure due diligence and all accidents are reported to Management.
- Adhere to any rotas/schedules laid down by Management.
- Assist any other reasonable requests from Management.
- Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
- Ensure all training courses are completed at all times, avoiding overdue deadlines and take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of your line manager and/or relevant mentor.
