Requirements

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-sector coordination, engaging both public and private sector partners and able to communicate compellingly to senior executives and technical teams alike.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; highly organised, methodical, self-motivated, and execution-oriented.
  • Familiarity with government processes and national-level digital initiatives is a plus.

If you have what it takes to build Singapore's digital future with us, we are looking for a Senior Business and Digital Development Manager to join our team in DEX (SGTraDex Technologies Pte Ltd), a wholly owned subsidiary of IMDA. What the role is: DEX is Singapore's trusted data-exchange digital utility - powering secure and interoperable data flows across key sectors such as Supply Chain & Logistics (SGTraDex), Built Environment (SGBuildex), Healthcare (SGHealthdex), and more to come. As part of the Business and Digital Development team, you will help drive DEX's growth and adoption by translating strategy into execution - shaping sectoral data utilities, forging partnerships, and enabling real-world impact through digital transformation. The Senior Business and Digital Development Manager will report to the Lead, Business and Digital Development. What you will be working on: In this dynamic role, you will expected to: Drive sectoral strategy and adoption - Take end-to-end ownership of sectoral and cross-sector initiatives, from strategy to execution. - Partner with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and solution providers to co-develop and implement data-exchange solutions. - Understand the industry landscape and stakeholders' business objectives and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor to design and implement tailored digital solutions that address their needs. - Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive adoption and measurable value. - Ensure user needs and industry priorities are at the forefront of DEX's product and policy development. - Work with existing customers and stakeholders to drive adoption and account growth. Deliver solutions and customer outcomes - Plan and execute product and systems implementations (e.g. UAT, live production) to ensure smooth deployment, working alongside the wider team so that product development, deployment, and customer onboarding are delivered on time. - Support business outcomes for customers, helping them realise value from the product through continuous improvement in product design, delivery practices and customer satisfaction. - Manage the use-case pipeline, account-manage assigned customers, and act as the point of contact for customer feedback and issues, driving resolution in a timely and proactive manner. - Track and ensure realisation of financial and non-financial targets and other strategic KPIs.
