We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead - CPP, US Sec Costs & Brokers. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : This position reports to the Midstream Accounting Manager in GBS Finance Manila and provides leadership to a team of 10-12 analysts. The role is accountable for delivering high-quality accounting and reporting for CPP, US Secondary Costs, and Broker Fee processes while ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities include: Leadership & Operations Lead, plan, and oversee day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs Ensure optimal resourcing and effective workload management Manage team performance, development, and engagement Participate in business unit leadership forums and stakeholder discussions Accounting & Close Activities Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Review and ensure accuracy of accruals, balance sheet accounts and P&L reporting Provide insights and explanations on variances and financial results Support cash forecasting activities Process & Transaction Management Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer transactions related to secondary costs and broker fees Oversee vendor autoload requests and transactional accounting activities Manage exception handling and drive timely issue resolution Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to SOX and internal control requirements Oversee due diligence and compliance for CPP government reporting Promote a strong control environment across all processes Stakeholder Management & Transformation Partner with US business units, Trading, and Finance stakeholders on process improvements and issue resolution Collaborate with global teams across UK, Singapore, and other regions Support migration, standardization, and transformation initiatives within GBS Continuous Improvement & Reporting Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
