ACMV Project Engineer

Our client is an established engineering company specializing in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Singapore. With a strong reputation for delivering quality engineering services, the company continues to expand its project portfolio and is looking for a capable Project Engineer to join its growing team. Our client is seeking an experienced ACMV Project Engineer to oversee ACMV projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, and maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of ACMV projects while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams. About You You are a proactive and hands-on engineer with solid ACMV industry experience and a passion for delivering successful projects. You possess strong technical knowledge, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of project execution from start to finish. You are organized, solutions-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV maintenance, repair, operation, and upgrading projects.
• Assist in project planning and process management.
• Oversee ACMV installation works and supervise subcontractors on-site.
• Attend site coordination and project meetings with clients and consultants.
• Provide technical support and contribute to engineering solutions.
• Manage construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare construction drawings, project documentation, and completion reports.
• Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognised under BCA requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the air-conditioning or ACMV industry.
• Prior experience managing ACMV projects will be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD .
• Strong understanding of ACMV systems, project coordination, and site management.
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence is advantageous.
