You're not managing implementations, you're building how enterprise procurement actually works. As Implementation & Success Consultant, you own the full journey: from first kick-off to production rollout to long-term success. You translate what customers need into what the product delivers. Tasks Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to go-live - on time, on scope, on quality Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs and structured rollout plans Become a product expert and train customers to integrate Prospeum into their operational and strategic procurement processes Act as the central project owner and trusted advisor throughout the customer relationship Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities in close collaboration with sales Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Leadership to unblock delivery Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication proactively - not reactively Turn customer feedback and usage patterns into concrete product improvement proposals Build standardized implementation playbooks that make every rollout faster than the last
