We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join the team at Windsor Castle, Windsor, SL4 1NJ. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following: ● Lead the team and demonstrate team spirit ● Work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times ● Support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers, and Profitability ● Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard ● Engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner ● Communicate with your colleagues and peers in a professional manner at all times ● Demonstrate a positive attitude to the customer, your job, and your colleagues at all times Site Operations - Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence - Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary - Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools - Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels - Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
