- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and presentations.
- Work with delivery teams to estimate implementation effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure pricing, cost estimates, and margin assumptions are accurate.
- Support contract negotiations and deal structuring.
- Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Act as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery, with clear scope, expectations, and success criteria.
- Support ongoing customer engagement during project execution to ensure satisfaction and enable upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Market & Domain Engagement
- Stay current with trends in smart buildings, BMS, HVAC, sustainability, ESG, and data‑driven energy optimization.
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on market needs and customer insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Postgraduate / Professional / Master's Degree in any Engineering discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience , with at least 4 years in account management or solution sales .
- Experienced or knowledgeable in BMS solution, Smart Building or Smart FM systems, experience in Data, Analytics, AI, technology-related solutions will be a plus.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Action‑oriented, persuasive, and confident in influencing prospects and stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses a pleasant and professional personality to build strong, lasting relationships.
