About the role

Managed the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Oversaw warehouse storage operations, maintaining organized inventory and ensuring proper stock control procedures. Conducted inventory monitoring, stock reconciliations, and periodic stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinated material issuance, transfers, and inventory data updates while liaising with internal teams to support operational requirements. Maintained warehouse safety and housekeeping standards while demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Requirement: Diploma or higher qualification to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across China and overseas. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a proactive and responsible work attitude, strong execution and communication skills, and possession of a valid forklift operator license. Additional Information: Up to $3800 Located in Tuas Company Transport Provided Ability to communicate in Chinese to support work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
