About the role
We're looking for a growth-obsessed marketer who lives and breathes social media. Responsibilities
- Create viral-ready video content - plan, script,shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that grow our audience and brand.
- Run growth experiments - design and execute growth hacks across paid and organic channels, measure results, and double down on what works.
- Own SEO and digital marketing - improve oursearch rankings and run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM/Google Ads, social ads,email) that bring in qualified leads.
- Stay on trend - spot emerging formats, sounds,memes and platform features early, then move fast to ride them before they peak.
- Own the content calendar - keep a consistentpublishing cadence across our social channels and manage the community/comments.
- Turn finance into engaging stories - translateSME loan and finance topics into content that's clear, relatable and genuinely entertaining.
- Track and report performance - monitor reach,engagement, follower growth, leads and conversions; use the numbers to sharpen the next campaign.
- Collaborate - work with founders, sales anddesign to align content with business goals and lead generation.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio or examples of social content you've created - ideally videos that performed well or went viral.
- Deep, native understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reelsand short-form video culture in Singapore.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and digital marketing - SEO,SEM/Google Ads, social ads, email and web analytics.
- A growth-hacker mindset: creative, scrappy, data-drivenand quick to test ideas.
- Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, orsimilar) and a good eye for hooks and pacing.
- Out-of-the-box thinking - you bring fresh ideas, not just templates.
- Comfortable being on camera or directing talent, and writing punchy copy/captions.
- Strong sense of trends, timing and what makes content shareable.
