Talent Acquisition Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers, ensuring data is always accurate and up to date across active roles.
• Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal portals, and ensure listings are live and optimized.
• Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end - from sending invites and managing calendars to handling reschedules with minimal friction.
• Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel and maintain clean, structured records in the ATS.
• Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process to keep them engaged, informed, and reduce drop-offs at critical stages.
• Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards to track hiring velocity, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance both candidate and recruiter experience.
• About you

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field - final-year students may also apply.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment support.
• Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, ATS tools, or other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring pipelines at once.
