We are looking for a Service Implementation Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is crucial for the successful service delivery. You will be responsible for setting up detection rules and performing validations within the Red Points platform, ensuring comprehensive coverage against digital infringements. This role is highly operational and focused on precision and technical setup. Key Operational Responsibilities Your focus will be on the initial configuration and accurate asset validation: Platform Configuration: Set up and maintain automated detection profiles within the Red Points platform based on specific client needs and brand assets (e.g., trademarks, copyrights). Detection Execution: Run detection scans and campaigns to identify potential infringements across the Internet. Validation & Triage: Meticulously validate the quality and accuracy of the initial detection results (hits), ensuring only legitimate infringements are flagged for the Enforcement team. Process Handoff: Ensure a smooth and accurate transition of the validated infringement data to the Enforcement and Customer teams. KPI Achievement: Consistently meet performance metrics . Essential Qualifications Language: High proficiency in English (written and verbal). Skills: Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills; the ability to efficiently break down a complex setup problem. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized -accuracy in detection setup is paramount. Efficiency: Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage setup deadlines. Interest: A strong interest in Intellectual Property (IP) and digital data processing. Highly Desirable Background (The Edge) Technical Aptitude: Experience or interest in working with SaaS platforms, data sets, or complex technical interfaces . IP Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property rights. Experience (Bonus): Prior experience in Brand Protection, Fraud detection, analyst or similar roles.
