About the role
We are an independent trustee and fiduciary services company. Due to expansion, we are looking for Associate Trust Accountant to join us. Job responsibilities : - Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements - Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded - Update accounts receivable and issue invoices - Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations - Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed - Analyzes and prepares monthly reports - Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met - Assist in financial audit and other reporting requirements - Provide computation of monthly clients' portfolio net asset value - Performs other duties as assigned Job requirements : - Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant field - Team player and good working attitude - Proficient in MS Office & MYOB accounting software are advantageous - Able to work independently - Meticulous and keen to learn - Good communications and interpersonal skills - Detail oriented and organised Only PR and Singaporean to apply
