Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture Foundation: Build and maintain the Enterprise Architecture baseline by mapping the current IT landscape (applications, components, integrations) and aligning it with the target architecture.

Requirements
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance models, and architecture best practices, with 5-7 years of relevant professional experience .
- Education & Certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is a strong plus.
- IT Landscape & Transformation: Proven ability to assess complex IT environments and define actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Security & Service Management: Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and service lifecycle management principles.
- Tools & Modeling: Experience with architecture modeling and visualization tools (e.g., LeanIX or similar platforms).
- Execution & Delivery Mindset: Strong ownership, ability to translate strategy into execution, manage priorities, and drive results in complex environments.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with a collaborative and structured working style.
- The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €50,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities
