About the role

Job Description We are seeking a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining identity lifecycle management processes, user provisioning, access governance, and application integrations while ensuring compliance with security and organizational policies. Job Responsibilities Implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions in enterprise environments. Configuring and managing identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows. Developing and maintaining user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across enterprise applications. Configuring and supporting access request workflows, approvals, and policy enforcement. Onboarding enterprise applications into SailPoint ISC using out-of-the-box and custom connectors. Managing identity profiles, sources, access profiles, roles, and entitlement mappings. Supporting role-based access control (RBAC) implementation and access governance initiatives. Performing access certifications, access reviews, and remediation activities. Assisting in segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and policy configuration. Developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Java. Integrating SailPoint ISC with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), HR systems, and other enterprise applications. Troubleshooting provisioning failures, connector issues, and identity synchronization problems. Monitoring system health and resolving production incidents within agreed service levels. Collaborating with business users, application owners, infrastructure teams, and security teams to gather requirements and deliver identity governance solutions. Supporting Agile development practices, including sprint planning, testing, documentation, and production deployments. Preparing technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials. Ensuring compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and identity governance best practices. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IAM processes and automation. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. We are looking for a Junior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Experience with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes. Experience in user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows. Knowledge of application on-boarding, connectors, identity profiles, roles, access profiles, and entitlements. Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API integrations. Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Java for automation and integrations. Experience integrating SailPoint ISC with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, or cloud applications. Understanding of RBAC, access governance, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certification or other SailPoint certifications will be an added advantage.
