• Data Analysis & Business Insights Analyse operational and business data to identify trends and generate actionable insightsSupport decision-making through data-driven recommendations and digital tools
• Stakeholder & Meeting Support Prepare presentations, proposals, research materials, and meeting decksActively participate in internal and external meetings and present key findings when requiredTrack action items and manage post-meeting follow-ups
• Project Management & Execution Lead and support key projects and special assignments end-to-end:Research and evaluationSolution developmentImplementation and trackingManage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Build strong working relationships across departments and business unitsIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive process improvementsCollaborate with peers, managers, and senior leaders to deliver impactful outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities
