Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries while maintaining the general ledger to meet monthly and quarterly close deadlines.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather, review, and validate financial data for statutory and management reporting.
- Assist in implementing new accounting standards or regulatory changes as directed by management.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Adhere to accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Partner with the Global Process Owner and Shared Services teams to identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and standardization.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of relevant experience
