Payments Analyst- Senior Lead

About the role

Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to the Payments Team and oversee all payment processing functions. Manage daily payment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Support, and Product teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges. Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk. Guide and mentor team leads and staff, supporting their growth and maintaining a high-performing work environment. Communicate performance updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Ensure documentation, procedures, and reporting remain accurate and audit-ready. Preferably with a background in the digital finance (FinTech) space. Strong leadership and communication skills suited for managing high-volume, fast-paced operations. Solid understanding of payment operations, financial processes, banking, fintech, or compliance. Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective operational improvements. Collaborative and adaptable approach with strong relationship-building skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
