Key Responsibilities and Skills Portfolio Management: Develop and manage investment portfolios by creating suitable strategies, optimising asset allocation, and reviewing investment performance regularly. Analytical Tasks: Perform financial analysis, investment research, valuation assessments, and performance evaluations to support informed decision-making. Operational Support: Handle operational processes, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant financial guidelines and regulations. Collaboration: Partner with team members to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen client engagement, and achieve business objectives. Client Advisory: Provide guidance on financial planning matters, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient strategies. Portfolio Analysis: Review clients' investment portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market trends, financial objectives, and risk profiles. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients while acting as their trusted financial contact. Market Research: Monitor market developments, identify investment opportunities, and analyse industry and competitor trends. Sales & Growth: Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards expanding the firm's client base. Administration: Prepare financial reports, maintain updated client information, and manage compliance-related documentation. Leads: Provide 30-50 leads monthly, Zero Costing, Network events & taking over existing clients portfolio.
