About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in the media industry. Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process. Develop and implement contingency plans for supply chain disruptions. Ensure ethical and sustainable procurement practices. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions. Prepare regular reports on procurement status, spend analysis, and supplier performance. Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and purchase orders. Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the media industry. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP System (preferred Oracle Fusion). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with legal aspects of procurement and contract management. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS). Experience with ERP systems. Understanding of media industry-specific procurement needs.
