As our Production Manager, your most important product isn't what rolls off the production lines - it is the team you build, grow, and inspire around you. We are actively investing in our flagship Brisbane plant to double capacity over the next 3 years. To drive this transition, we need a seasoned, steady leader who can step onto the workshop floor, establish immediate trust, and grow our team's capability whilst delivering high-quality product every day. You won't achieve this by sitting behind a desk running reports. You will win by being on the shop floor - setting the standard, developing the team, removing obstacles, making improvements, safeguarding quality & safety, and driving our daily operating rhythm. Being the leader that inspires people to be the best they can be. As the Production Manager, your mission is to lead and grow a high-performing production team that safely delivers Beaver products "on time, right first time".
