M&E Coordinator (Infrastructure/LTA Project)

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience with infrastructure/LTA projects.
• Proficient in interpreting M&E drawings, specifications, and construction sequences.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with BIM (Revit) and ability to make model edits is advantageous.

Additional Information

Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Supervise on-site M&E installation activities and support smooth execution of construction works Manage MEP clearances and documentation in accordance with approved project plans. Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with construction teams to resolve technical and scheduling issues. Assist project management and M&E leadership on assigned tasks, including BIM (Revit) model updates and detailing as required.
