Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns for recruitment advertising
• Translate employer hiring needs into effective campaign strategies

• At least 2 years of experience in paid social advertising Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of targeting, optimization, budget management, and reporting is desirable, as well as excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client-facing campaign requests, and experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or job advertising is a strong advantage.

As part of Zynca's consultant network, you will help employers promote job opportunities across social media channels. You will work with incoming campaign requests from our customers, advise on campaign approach, prepare and launch advertising, and optimize performance throughout the campaign period.
