Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Required Experience: 1 - 3 years' related experience in related field and gaming experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Knowledge of Part Sales/Finished Goods operations.
• Knowledge of company shipping procedures and jurisdictional regulations.
• Knowledge of compliance procedures.
• Ability to contribute to team effort and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage details effectively and efficiently.
• May be required to work extended hours and weekends.
• Experience with internal ERP systems, dashboards, and enterprise level applications.
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs and Adobe PDF files.
• Physical Requirements:
• Typical office environment with occasional exposure to light manufacturing environment.

Effectively resolve issues related to shipping and notification letters to ensure a customer on-time delivery. Essential Job Functions: Responsibility for processing shipping notifications for gaming devices, software and hardware. Establishes effective communication channels with a variety of internal and external audiences, which includes shipping notifications responses and approvals from gaming authorities. Update systems used in the processing of shipping notifications. Assist in resolving issues related to notification letters, system errors and holds as the order progresses through the shipping process. Organize and maintain effective filing and archival of notifications and associated documents. Assist Regulatory Compliance with inquiries.
