Responsibilities

  • Government and Grant Funding: Assist with applications and optimize opportunities for government or grant-related funding by maintaining necessary registrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the prevention and management of non-compliance and support the ongoing review and development of internal standards and care outcome targets.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or relevant tertiary qualifications in health, quality, risk, governance or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Quality Manager/Coordinator/Advisor, Residential Manager, Care Manager or Educator in aged care (Desirable).
  • Experience in auditing and assessing standards and outcomes for accreditation/registration of aged care facilities.
