Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for RnD (IPDO & Biologics); work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and plan hiring.
  • Partner with Scouting team and Operations team to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Track and focus on key hiring metrics as defined in the scorecard; drive accountability for outcomes.

  • Work with hiring managers to clearly define roles to attract the right candidates.
  • Ensure positions are closed on time with quality candidates and within SLA.
  • Drive internal hiring through IJP and internal talent pools.
  • Set regular cadence with business leaders; publish hiring status and provide insights.
  • Drive periodic reviews with P&O and business teams to track progress and resolve challenges.
  • Handle offer discussions and negotiations, ensuring internal parity and market alignment.
  • Ensure all hiring processes, systems, and documentation are followed properly.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
  • Take up special projects in collaboration with HR Direct and CoE teams to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Educational qualification: MBA/bachelor's degree in management (Preferably Human Resources Management)
  • Minimum work Experience : 12 + plus years of HR experience, primarily in end to end Talent Acquisition.
