Warehouse Executive (MNC/Office Hour)

Responsibilities

• Support Ground Transportation Project and manage SAP processes for incoming and outgoing shipments .
• Maintain inventory records , ensure segregation of materials, and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse organization with regular 5S practices.
• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and courier services .
• Liaise with project teams , vendors , and ensure ESD compliance for sensitive parts.
• Adhere to security , quality , and HSE standards.
• Support initiatives and assist with ad-hoc duties .
• Job Requirements :
• Prior warehouse experience and forklift license .
• Familiarity with SAP and inventory management .
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical fitness and ability to handle physical items .
• Motorcycle license (Class 2A) required.
• GCE O-Level or above
