As an Employee Meeting & Events Operations, you are responsible for the operational execution of meetings and events together with the Food & Beverage Manager. You ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets the high quality standards of Radisson Blu. Your responsibilities include: Setting up and breaking down meeting and event rooms according to the agreed event schedule and floor plans Executing events based on the established event function sheet / run-of-show Monitoring the quality of service, operations, and guest experience Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety regulations, and work procedures Serving and replenishing coffee breaks in meeting rooms and foyers Assisting with lunches and dinners for meeting and event guests, often buffet-style in Haven Restaurant Supporting Food & Beverage operations during banqueting events and ensuring a clean, professional presentation
