About the role

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the FLEET HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE, FLEET HRO STENNIS. GS-12: To qualify for a GS-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in the administration of labor management agreements, grievance processing and experienced as chief negotiator. Experience providing advice on and preparing corrective and adverse actions as well as representation or technical representation of third-party actions and performance management. Experience conducting reviews and interpretation of applicable laws, regulations, and policies on various human resources subjects. Experience evaluating program needs and effectiveness through consultation with operating officials and employees, review of program information and analysis of statistical data Experience preparing providing training to supervisors and management on covered programs. GS-11: To qualify for a GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
