Responsibilities
- HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end work pass applications and renewals (EP, S Pass, DP LOC) via MOM portal
- Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires - including first-day briefings and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files (digital and physical)
- Support offboarding processes including resignation acknowledgements and exit clearance
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Manage employee claims, allowances, and reimbursements via the HR system
- Maintain accurate records of leave entitlements and balances
- Coordinate with the finance team on payroll-related matters where required
- Administer employee benefits and ensure timely processing of submissions
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with MOM regulations and Employment Act requirements
- Assist in drafting or updating HR policies and employee handbook as needed
- Office & Admin
- Manage day-to-day office operations - supplies, vendor coordination, facilities
- Support founders and management with administrative tasks and scheduling
Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR & admin experience, ideally in a small or boutique firm
- Hands-on experience with MOM work pass applications (EP/S Pass) is a strong plus
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and CPF regulations
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal hand-holding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or payroll tools is a bonus
