Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track change management tasks, timelines, and dependencies across communications, training, forums, and leader cascades.

  • Experience & Qualifications (Internship Level)
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business , Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or project-based experience is a plus but not required .
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Interest in change management, communications, and organizational transformation.

  • Schedule: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)

Project Coordinator Intern - Change Management Role Summary The Project Coordinator Intern supports the Change Management team by assisting in the coordination, tracking, and execution of core change activities that enable effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training readiness, and adoption. This role focuses on building strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail while supporting multiple workstreams across communications, forums, training, and change network activities. This is a full-time internship opportunity (approximately 8 months) based in a n onsite capacity in Nashville, TN.
