Responsibilities

  • Discipline Team Support
  • Student Tracking: Manage and keep precise track of late-comers.
  • Detention & Suspension Oversight: Monitor and track students assigned to detention or serving suspensions.

  • 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Fridays
  • 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Note on School Holidays: Services are not required during the year-end school holidays (November and December) or the mid-year school holidays (June).
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum secondary school education.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working with students or teenagers, with a strong preference for individuals experienced in discipline management.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong people skills with the ability to confidently engage students, contact parents, and liaise with teaching staff.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Execution: Highly independent, capable of working with minimal supervision, and goal-oriented.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word and Excel) to comfortably handle routine administrative duties.
  • Additional Terms
