Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, subcontract machining, surface treatment (coating), and related services.
• Conduct vendor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare, issue, and evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in accordance with project requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to support purchasing activities for assigned projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience working with RFQs and supplier evaluations.
• Familiarity with logistics coordination and freight forwarding processes is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
