Job Description Job Summary The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets within an assigned territory or product portfolio. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for BD solutions. Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives for assigned product lines and territories. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring favorable terms for both BD and the customer. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation. Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to promote BD products and services. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, preferably with experience in managing key accounts. Strong understanding of the Thai healthcare market and customer dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Thai. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Thailand. Why Join Us?
