📍 Tuas, Singapore 💰 Salary: Up to $16K ⏰ Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM ✈ Frequent travel to Thailand & Malaysia (approximately every 2 weeks) Job Responsibilities Lead operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand manufacturing sites Drive operational excellence, productivity, and KPI performance Manage end-to-end factory transfer and relocation projects, including site setup in Thailand Oversee production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and budget management Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Develop and mentor operations leadership teams across the region Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance
