Meet the team: Our Mesa Manufacturing Team owns the manufacturing, testing, packaging, and shipping of Dexcom G6 & G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes. We are looking for driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our Mesa Manufacturing organization! Where you come in: You will be responsible for the overall operation of manufacturing machinery, including feeding materials, adjusting machine settings, performing minor repairs, and removing finished products from the production line. You operate hand tools and a variety of production equipment in a manufacturing environment. You assemble products and sub‑assemblies by following verbal or written instructions, drawings, and diagrams. You set up and operate automatic and semi‑automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, used in the production of company products. You follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all established guidelines to ensure quality and compliance. You perform semi‑routine tasks by following standardized methods while working under immediate supervision. You follow pre‑established procedures with limited discretion regarding the method of work performed. You interact with employees at various levels within the organization to exchange routine, non‑complex information related to production activities What makes you successful: You demonstrate a moderate understanding of general job responsibilities and developing knowledge of more detailed job aspects. You apply acquired job knowledge and company policies and procedures to successfully complete semi‑routine tasks. You follow established procedures for routine work and seek guidance or instruction primarily when assigned new tasks.
