Quality Technician Electronics - second shift

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or microscopic inspection of solder joints on PCBs (through-hole and SMD).
• Verify product compliance according to standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, or other applicable norms.
• Identify soldering defects (bridging, insufficient solder, cold joints, etc.) and document non-conformities.
• Conduct basic functionality and electrical testing of electronic assemblies.
• Quality checks following Work Instructions.
• NCR reporting.

Requirements

• Quality experience in manufacturing environments
• Education:
• Technical degree or vocational training in Electronics, Quality, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years in quality department
• IPC-A-610
• No Conformity report
• Analytical mindset
• Problem solving
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inspections and reporting
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
• Proactive and hands on approach to tasks
• Good communication skills to report non conformities clearly and effectively
